Yellowstone Kitchens is a Montana based organization that brings a unique Western culinary experience to a variety of dining experiences. Chef Quinn Harp leads Yellowstone Kitchens, and serves as Chef for its sister company, Yellowstone Foods, where he creates unique Montana based natural snacks like Huckleberry Cookies and Bison Jerky.  

Chef Quinn Harp loves to serve happy people and has strived to create fun dishes for every pallet. Born on the east coast, but raised in the west, Quinn grew up with a passion for food and cooking. He honed his skills at some of the best food cities in the country and trained under some of the most esteemed chefs in the industry.

Quinn's cooking style is a fusion of his classical training and his love for bold flavors and unique ingredients. He has made a name for himself by creating innovative dishes that showcase his expertise in both traditional and modern cuisine. His signature dishes are a blend of fresh, seasonal ingredients, exotic spices, and unique cooking techniques that are a treat for the taste buds.

Chef Quinn harp has worked directly with Gordon Ramsay and Giada de Laurentiis, opening locations for them, as well as developing out menus and translating their vision into delicious offerings. From foodie destinations in Portland Oregon, and wild cheffing in Alaska, to fine dining on the strip of Las Vegas to leading the culinary program for the Vegas Golden Knights during their Stanley cup finals run, Quinn Harp has had a plethora of culinary experiences, and he is very happy to add your experience, to his. 

Quinn is a firm believer in giving back to the community, and he actively supports various charitable causes. He is a role model for young and aspiring chefs and has inspired many to pursue their passion for cooking. When he's not cooking up a storm in the kitchen, Quinn loves to create art through drawing photography, trying new cuisines, and spend time with his family.
